These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PumpDump, an automated Telegram bot service offered by PumpDump. By accessing or using PumpDump, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of PumpDump.

1. Information Disclosure and Confidentiality:

  • Limited Disclosure: PumpDump is dedicated to sharing only the necessary information required for client use, all of which is publicly accessible on the PumpDump website. This includes tools like the Volume Calculator and guidelines on how to use it. We do not disclose sensitive information beyond what is essential for client operations.

  • Volume Estimation: Please note that the volume calculator provides an estimate generated by PumpDump bot, which can fluctuate due to various factors, primarily the performance of the token. Typically, better token performance leads to higher estimated volumes.

  • Usage Duration and Transactions: The PumpDump bot will run for a period of 6 to 24 hours to generate volume. During this time, it can execute 1 to 5 transactions per minute, utilizing up to 4500 wallets.

2. Non-Disclosure Obligation:

Both the PumpDump Referral Program and Referral Executives are subject to strict non-disclosure obligations. They are required to maintain confidentiality and only share information that is essential for client use.

3. Payment and Refund Policy:

  • Payment Methods: PumpDump services can be purchased with a one-time payment for a specified duration through the Telegram bot interface. Payments are made on-chain using Solana and verified via the Telegram bot.

  • Limitation of Liability: PumpDump shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential price changes resulting from or in any way related to the use of the ChartUp bot.

4. Limitation of Liability:

  • Disclaimer: PumpDump is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the PumpDump bot due to market fluctuations and client token volatility.

  • No Refunds: Refunds are not available once the PumpDump bot service has started or been completed.

5. General Provisions:

  • Modifications: PumpDump reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
